1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your wallet and using the Aster Airdrop Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Aster Airdrop, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid Web3 wallet address
• Meet the eligibility criteria as determined by the snapshot date
• Not be a resident of restricted jurisdictions (as defined below)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Aster Airdrop is not available to residents or citizens of the following jurisdictions:

• United States of America and its territories
• Countries sanctioned by OFAC or UN Security Council
• North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea
• Any jurisdiction where participation would violate local laws

4. Airdrop Claims

Claim Period: September 17, 2025 (09:00 UTC) to October 17, 2025 (09:00 UTC)

• Unclaimed tokens after the deadline will be forfeited
• You may only claim once per eligible wallet address
• Claims must be made through the official portal only
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time
• Fraudulent claims will result in permanent disqualification

5. No Investment Advice

The $ASTER tokens are provided as part of a community distribution program. Nothing on this portal constitutes investment, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for:

• Determining whether claiming tokens is suitable for you
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency
• Tax obligations related to receiving and holding tokens
• Securing your wallet and private keys

6. Wallet Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet. We will never ask for your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. Any loss of access to your wallet is your sole responsibility.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service at any time
• Update eligibility criteria
• Change token distribution amounts
• Extend or shorten the claim period
• Implement additional security measures

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of tokens due to user error or wallet security issues
• Blockchain network issues or transaction failures
• Changes in token value after claiming
• Tax implications of receiving tokens
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits

IN NO EVENT SHALL ASTER PROTOCOL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this portal are owned by Aster Protocol or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots) to claim tokens
• Attempt to manipulate eligibility or claim multiple times
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack or compromise the service
• Distribute malware or phishing links

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aster Protocol, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
